Gary M. Cook

Gary Michael Cook, 49, English, died Saturday, May 22, 2004, at his home.
A native of Belleville, Ill., born May 1, 1955, he was the son of Frances Cook of English and the late John M. Cook.
He was a retired master sergeant for the Air Force and a member of Bethel Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, the former Marilyn Haas; a son, Jonathon W. Cook of Petersburg; four daughters, Rachel Bailey and Virginia Cook, both of Dale, Melissa Spalding of Elberfeld and Elizabeth Cook of Siberia; three brothers, Tim Cook of Louisville, Don Cook of Depauw and Chris Cook of Alaska, and nine grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, May 26, after 11 a.m. at Bethel Christian Church.
Funeral: Wednesday, May 26, at 1 p.m. at the church with burial in Bethany Union Cemetery.
Officiant: The Rev. Almadden.
