Roger A. Carter

Roger A. Carter, 45, New Albany, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2004, at 10:20 p.m. at his home.
A native of New Albany, born Sept. 11, 1958, he was the son of Dorothy M. Wiseman Fawbush of New Albany and the late Howard Carter.
He was a truck and cabdriver, and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Albany.
Survivors besides his mother include his stepmother, Effie Lay Carter of Louisville; two daughters, Teresa Marie and Delia Carter, both of Morris, Ill.; three brothers, Joseph L. Carter of Elizabeth, and Ronnie L. and Michael W. Miller, both of New Albany; a sister, Teresa Ann Carter of Corydon, and a stepsister, Kathy Weinrich of Canton, Ill.
Funeral: Monday, Feb. 2, at Pyke-Calloway Funeral Home in New Albany with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Corydon.
Officiant: Janet Rae Timberlake.
