Mary M. Laswell

Mary M. Judd Laswell, 71, Marengo, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2004, at her home.
A native of Crawford County, born July 23, 1932, she was the daughter of the late John and Betty Parke Judd.
She was a former employee of Herft-Jones Co. of Indianapolis.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Leonard Cecil Laswell; six brothers, and a sister.
Survivors include four sons, Burr Wright, Tim (Fat Boy) and Leslie (Hot Rod) Laswell, all of Marengo, and Vance Young of Jeffersonville; two daughters, Henrietta Crowe of Indianapolis and Crystal R. Laswell of Marengo; two stepsons, Henry (Bucky) Laswell of West Fork and Wayne (Bubby) Laswell of English; two stepdaughters, Agnes Ridener of West Fork and Lorna Laswell of Marengo; her stepmother, Lillie Judd of Corydon; three brothers, Billy R. Judd of Taswell, Chester Judd of Leesburg, Fla., and Russell Judd of Paoli; two sisters, Golda Elliott of English and Brenda Peters of Marengo; a stepsister, Mildred Mitchell of English; 17 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Tuesday, Feb. 3, at Denbo Funeral Home in English with burial in Highfill Chapel Cemetery.
Officiant: The Rev. John Bye.
Pallbearers: Biggen Higdon, Kenny Judd, Buzz Summerlotte, Paul Elliott, Bubby Judd and Jocko Elliott.
