Winston (Bill) Mosson, 79, Marengo, died at 11:52 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2003, at Bloomington Hospital.
A native of Paoli, born March 26, 1924, he was the son of the late Roy and Hazel Crutcher Mosson.
He was a retired employee of the old International Harvester in Louisville, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Central Christian Church in New Albany.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter Eugene and Wilbur Mosson; three sisters, Mary Lou Mosson, Pauline Stout and Alice Buchanan; a grandson, and a great-grandson.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Norma Mosson; a daughter, Rita Abbott of Marengo; two sons, Terry Mosson of Marengo and Gordon Mosson of Palmyra; a brother, Donald Mosson of Albion, Ill.; four sisters, Virginia Stone of New Albany, Betty Judd and Elizabeth Kleinschmidt, both of Indianapolis, and Bonnie Hambree of Shoals; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 1 p.m. at McAdams Mortuary in Paoli with burial in Taswell Cemetery. Officiant: Brother Morris Larimore.
