David Sebastian, 89, New Salisbury, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
A native of Jackson, Ky., born April 13, 1914, he was the son of the late Henderson and Mary Davidson Sebastian.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and retired from Sorg Paper Co. in Middletown, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Grace E. Riley, and a daughter, Kathy Penick.
Survivors include a son, Timothy Sebastian of Germantown, Ohio; five daughters, Nancy Wise of Middletown, Norma Jean Bethke of Bouse, Ariz., Darlene Jackson of New Salisbury, Joyce Schmidt of Parker, Ariz., and Rita Nesbit of Oklahoma; 19 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Thursday, Oct. 30, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
Memorial service: Thursday, Oct. 30, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
The body was cremated.
