Stella M. Hall

Stella Mae Hall, 72, English, died at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, 2003, at her home following an extended illness.
A native of Palmyra, born Nov. 7, 1930, she was the daughter of the late John and Clara Morrison.
She was the former owner and operator of the Green Lantern and Mike’s Carry-Out in English. She was a member of Hillview Christian Church at Marengo and English Senior Citizens.
She was preceded in death by a son, Michael W. Hall (July 1, 1999), three brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include a brother, Joe Morrison of Columbus; a sister, Fay Lenz of Springfield, Ohio; two granddaughters; two stepgrandchildren, and a great-grandson.
Visitation: Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Denbo Funeral Home in English and from noon to time of service at Hillview Christian Church.
Funeral: Wednesday, Oct. 22, at 1 p.m. at Hillview Christian Church with burial in the Grantsburg Cemetery. Officiant: The Revs. Bob Wallace and Bob Kelley.
Pallbearers: Kevin Stephens, Matt Parks, Carlos Rivera, Mike Holzbog, Tim Hall and Steve Staser.
