Thelma B. Walkowski

Thelma Beryl Hann Walkowski, 87, Palmyra, died Sunday evening, Sept. 28, 2003, at her home.
A native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, she was a former member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Walkowski Sr., and two daughters, Joan Duffy and Beverly M. Walkowski.
Survivors include three sons, William J. Walkowski Jr. of Covina, Calif., James C. Walkowski of Bainbridge Isle, Wash., and Thomas R. Walkowski of Detroit; a daughter, Carol Rowe of Palmyra; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Thursday, Oct. 2, from 3 to 8 p.m. at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Home in New Albany.
Funeral: Friday, Oct. 3, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the Alzheimer’s Association.
