Perry E. Rosenbarger
Perry Earl Rosenbarger, 106, Huntington, formerly of Indianapolis, died at 6:40 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, 2003, at Norwood Nursing Center in Huntington.
A native of Corydon, born Aug. 25, 1897, he was the son of the late John D. and Mary K. Gable Rosenbarger.
He was a 1915 graduate of Corydon High School, a civil service inspector for the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 1967, and worked as a railroad inspector for Pullman Co.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Helen in February 1959, and the former Olga E. Miller in August 1985, and a stepgrandson.
Survivors include a stepdaughter, Betsy Bruemleve of Huntington; two stepgrandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, Sept. 10, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Myers Funeral Home in Huntington.
Funeral: Wednesday, Sept. 10, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Marion.
Officiant: The Rev. Brooks L. Fetters.
