Robert Howard Satterly, 71, Mauckport, died Sunday evening, March 16, at his home.
He was a retired truck driver for Riverview Trucking in New Albany, an Army veteran of the Korean War, and a member of Pisgah Masonic Lodge in Corydon and the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, the former Shelly Long; three sons, Robert Russell Satterly of Corydon, and Rodney and Anthony Satterly, both of Fresno, Ohio; two daughters, Patricia Satterly of New Amsterdam and Angela Satterly of Central; a stepson, Michael Blalock of Fort Benning, Ga.; a stepdaughter, Michelle Blalock of Bowling Green, Ky.; three brothers, Daniel Schaffer of Indianapolis, and Tony and Joe Satterly, both of Georgia; 21 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Thursday, March 20, at Gehblach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon with burial in Heidelberg Cemetery near Corydon.
Officiant: The Rev. Tony McCutcheon.
Military rites: Performed at the gravesite.
