Thelma L. Roe

Thelma Louise Martin Roe, 80, Green Valley, Ariz., died Jan. 17 at a hospital in Arizona.
A native of Bradford, born March 8, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Carrie Martin.
She was an Army veteran (WACS) during World War II and a member of Green Valley Community Church.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Emery Roe; a son, Emery Ernest Roe III; two daughters, Dana Yaw and Lori Beach; two sisters, Elizabeth Graham of Depauw and Beulah Smittson of New Albany; and eight grandhcildren.
A memorial service was Jan. 21 at Green Valley Community Church. Green Valley Mortuary handled the arrangements.
