Gordon C. White Sr.
Gordon C. White Sr., 74, New Salisbury, died Wednesday, Jan. 8, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
He was a native of Indianapolis, born Dec. 14, 1928.
He was a retired farm laborer for the former Hudson Foods Co., and a member of Last Days Church of God in Georgetown.
Survivors include his wife, the former Carol J. Adams; three sons, Cecil White of Ramsey, Edward White of Charlestown and Gordon C. White Jr. of New Salisbury; two daughters, Patricia Ann White of New Salisbury and Carolyn White of Marengo; a stepson, Richard Bolen of Palmyra; four stepdaughters, Angelia Chism and Sherry Bolen, both of Palmyra, Sheri Alexander of English and Virginia Brown of Corydon; a brother, Robert White of Uniontown; a sister, Lois Davis of Indianapolis; and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral: Friday, Jan. 10, at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey with burial in Woods Chapel Cemetery.
Officiant: The Rev. Ollie Thomas.
Pallbearers: Cecil, Edward and Gordon Jr. White, Walter Davis, Jason Zollman and Kenny Doner.
