Elmira W. Miller

Elmira W. Miller, 73, Corydon, died Friday, Nov. 22, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
A native of Okolona, Ky., born Aug. 29, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. and Catherine Pauline Downs Ireland.
She was a homemaker and a member of Unity Chapel United Methodist Church in Ramsey.
Survivors include her husband, Marion L. Miller; four sons, Monty L. and Nathan W. Miller, both of Ramsey, M. David and Mark L. Miller, both of Corydon; three daughters, Rhonda M. Dyer of Ramsey, Kelly R. Hughes of Shelbyville, Ky., and Annette L. Combs of Brandenburg; a brother, Robert L. Ireland Jr. of Corydon; and 13 grandchildren.
Funeral: Monday, Nov. 25, at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey with burial in Hursttown Cemetery in Corydon.
Officiant: The Rev. D. Scott Johnson.
Organist: Betty Monroe.
Pallbearers: Shane, Shaun, Shanon, Chad, Tara, Sara, Travis and Justin Miller, Jason and Brandon Dyer, Colleen and Colin Hughes and Ariel Combs.
