Elsie E. Johnson

Elsie E. Johnson, 90, Laconia, died Saturday, Sept. 7, at Walnut Creek at Corydon.
A native of Lincoln, Ill., born July 20, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mittie Ellen Dodd Kingsley.
She was a former caretaker for The King Cemetery near Laconia for 25 years, and a member of Royal Neighbors of America and Laconia Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, Ernest E. and Lewis Johnson, both of Laconia; two sisters, Dolly Daugherty of Lincoln and Lelia Shields of New Salisbury; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Monday, Sept. 9, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon with burial in The King Cemetery. Officiant: Pastor Vicky Poole.
Pallbearers: Larry and Gary Johnson, James and Robert Lynch, Kenny Crosier, John Zwahlen, Matt East and Ralph Lynch.
