Stanley Polinsky, 82, Corydon, died Tuesday, July 30, at his home.
A native of Colver, Pa., born Feb. 19, 1920, he was the son of the late Marko and Tekla Fencak Polinsky.
He was a retired machinist for International Harvester Co. in Louisville and an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his companion, Wanda Wright; a son, Martin Polinsky of Louisville; four daughters, Lynette Webb of Louisville, Mary Alice Burton of Georgetown, and Patricia Parkey and Dorothy Shireman, both of Jeffersonville; a brother; three sisters; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, July 31, from 6 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 1, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 2, after 8 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Friday, Aug. 2, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Rick Burton, Sam Lyons, Mark Lyons, Jim Webb, Dan Webb and Terry Burton.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Hospice and Palliative Care of Southern Indiana.
