Shirley J. Rowe

Shirley J. Rowe, 63, Louisville, died Friday, July 19, at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville.
A native of Laconia, born Jan. 16, 1939, she was a member of Beechland Baptist Church, a retired Jefferson County (Ky.) school teacher and a member of the Jefferson County (Ky.) Retired Teachers Association.
She was preceded in death by her father, Albert G. Miller.
Survivors include her husband, William L. Rowe; a son, Andrew K. Rowe; her mother, Irma Miller of Elizabeth; three sisters, Velma Riley and Cindy Hedden, both of Elizabeth, and Vickie Albin of Corydon; two brothers, Garry Miller of Laconia and Mark Miller of Floyds Knobs; and a grandson.
Funeral: Monday, July 22, at Owen Funeral Home in Louisville with burial in the Union Chapel Church Cemetery in Laconia.
The family suggests memorial gifts to her church building fund.
