Dana Long

Dana (Susie) Long, 56, Paoli, died Monday, May 13, at 6:30 p.m., at Bloomington Hospital of Orange County.
A native of Taswell, born Sept. 17, 1945, she was the daughter of Edith Sturgeon and the late Aven E. Eastridge.
She was an employee of Best Chairs of Paoli, and a member of Avon’s Presidents Club and Paoli Wesleyan Church.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Sue Long.
Survivors besides her mother include her husband, Donald Long; a son, Donald Long Jr. of Lewisburg, N.C.; three daughters, Lisa Livingston and Sherry Grimes, both of Paoli, and Tina Qualkenbush of French Lick; three brothers, Larry Eastridge of Fargo, Wendell Eastridge of English and Jerry Eastridge of Paoli; three sisters, Janet Walton of Fargo, Linda Smith of Paoli and Lola Goodson of New Salisbury; eight grandchildren and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
The funeral was Friday, May 17, at Paoli Wesleyan Church with burial in Highfill Chapel Cemetery in Taswell. The Rev. Lyndel Manship officiated. Kemple Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
