Steven A. McAdams, 23, Central, died Thursday, May 16, at University Hospital in Louisville.
A native of Corydon, born Jan. 16, 1979, he was the son of Carl Sr. and Martha A. Hobbs McAdams of Central.
He was a welder at Oxford Automotive in Corydon.
Survivors besides his parents include three brothers, Carl E. McAdams Jr. of Irvington, Ky., Michael R. McAdams of Calhan, Colo., and William C. McAdams of Brandenburg; two sisters, Karen E. Humphrey of Irvington and Sherry L. White of Central; and grandparents, Claude and Laura Sturgill of Leavenworth and Lucy Mason of New Albany.
The funeral was Monday, May 20, at Potato Run United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Brother Rollie Collins officiated and was vocalist. Bernice Stone was pianist. Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon handled the arrangements.
Pallbearers were Sherman McAdams, Gene Paris, Willie Burns, Charles Tindall Jr., Jimmy Bliss and Scott Saltsgaver.
Honorary pallbearers were Dave Clevenger and Chris McAdams.
