Kathryn Railing Wolpert, 93, Scottsburg, formerly of Corydon, died at 6 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at her home.
A native of Seymour, born March 3, 1909, she was the daughter of the late Burns and Carrie Walker Railing.
She was a retired interior decorator and a member of First Christian Church at Austin, and Daughters of the American Revolution and Eastern Star, both at Scottsburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Wolpert, a brother, Robert Railing, and three sisters, Doris Craig, Thelma Murphy and Sue Hutton.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Edwin Wolpert of Silver Springs, Md., John Wolpert of Sellersburg and Marvin Wolpert of Columbus; a daughter, Sue Balmer of Clarksville; a brother, Max Railing of Dallas; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Thursday, April 25, at Haverly Mortuary in Mitchell with burial in Mitchell Cemetery. The Rev. Donald Allen officiated.
