John Eddleman

John E. Eddleman, 65, Marengo, died Tuesday, April 16, at Indian Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.
A native of Milltown, born May 8, 1936, he was the son of the late Claude and Bertha Haub Eddleman.
He was a retired industrial mechanic and farmer, and a member of Pilot Knob United Methodist Church and I.A.M. Union Local 681 in Louisville.
Survivors include his wife, the former Charlotte Smith; a son, John Eddleman Jr. of Charlotte, N.C.; two daughters, Laurie Kintner of Milltown and Melissa Best of Central; two brothers, Harold Eddleman of Palmyra and Robert Eddleman of Indianapolis; a sister, Margaret Eubank of New Salisbury; a half sister, Dorothy Harvey Bland of Michigan City; and seven grandchildren.
The funeral was Friday, April 19, at Denbo Funeral Home in English with burial in Taswell Cemetery. The Revs. Gary Mills and Geary Sadler officiated. Danny Jones was organist and soloist.
