Raymond F. Hopper

Raymond F. Hopper, 75, Corydon, died Sunday, March 24, at his home.
A native of Bowling Green, Ky., born Jan. 23, 1927, he was the son of the late W.C. and Dakota House Hopper.
He was a retired mechanic for Dixie Irrigation in Louisville, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Post 123. He was baptized at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lanesville.
Survivors include his wife, the former Judy L. Milliken; a daughter, Dee Schoen of Corydon; five brothers; two sisters; a brother-in-law, James P. Milliken of Corydon, who cared for him; a granddaughter and a great-grandson.
A graveside service was held Friday, March 29, at Woods Chapel Cemetery near Ramsey. Pastor Richard Heinze officiated. Military rites were performed at the gravesite by VFW Post 2950. Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon handled the arrangements.
