Anita K. Voyles

Anita K. Voyles, 94, Corydon, died Thursday, Dec. 13, at Harrison Health & Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.
A native of Harrison County, born Aug. 5, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Fred P. and Katie Schoen Kraft.
She was a former employee of the old Goodyear plant in Charlestown and a member of Order of Eastern Star in Leavenworth and Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Corydon, and attended St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Corydon.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Waldo Kirkham and Clarence Voyles.
Survivors include a son, Robert F. Kirkham of Elizabeth; a daughter, Cleo E. Hardin of Corydon; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Saturday, Dec. 15, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon. Pastor Jerry Cantrell officiated.
Pallbearers were Paul Burnham, Tom Rhoades, Brian Hardin, Paul Brockman, Phillip Kirkham and Scott Weis.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Gethsemane Lutheran Church.
