Wilson Brandenburg, 82, Corydon, died at 10:40 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at Indian Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.
A native of Corydon, born Dec. 26, 1918, he was the son of the late Thomas and Lola Shireman Brandenburg.
He was a former partner in the old Stepro Transfer Co., a former owner of the Elm Restaurant, and a retired employee of L&C Transfer, all in Corydon. He was also a member of Corydon Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include seven nieces and nephews including Dale Rothrock, Lois Raisor and Velda Harris, all of Depauw, whom cared for him.
The funeral was Thursday, Dec. 6, at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Ron Russell officiated.
Pallbearers were Dale Rothrock, Tom Harris, Robert and Michael Raisor, Norman Rothrock and Harold Dillman.
Honorary pallbearers were Sarah Harris and Renee Eckart.
