Nevo L. Crosier

Nevo Lucille Crosier, 83, Lincoln, Ill., died Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 8:50 p.m. at Christian Village Nursing Home in Lincoln where she was a resident.
A native of Lincoln, born Jan. 28, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mittie Dodd Kingsley.
She was a former employee of State School where she worked 22 years and a former employee of ALMH . She was a member of Royal Neighbors of America and Lincoln Christian Church, and was a volunteer at Christian Village Nursing Home and quilted for Harvest of Talents.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Crosier, a son, Joe Crosier, a daughter, Barbara Richardson, five brothers, an infant and Charles, Walter, Frank and Sidney Kingsley, and two sisters, Dorothy Kingsley and Nellie Anderson.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth Crosier of Latham, Ill.; a daughter, Janet Schuck of Washington, Ill.; three sisters, Dolly Daughtery of Lincoln, Elsie Johnson of Laconia and Leila Shields of New Salisbury; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Saturday, Nov. 10, at Holland and Barry Funeral Home in Lincoln with burial in Lake Bank Cemetery in Mt. Pulaski, Ill. The Rev. Tom Gerdts officiated.
