Justus C. Froman

Justus Cecil Froman, 74, Taswell, died at 8:51 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
A native of English, born May 25, 1927, he was the son of the late Charlie and Velma Brown Froman.
He was a retired sawmill worker, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of English VFW Post 6160.
Survivors include two daughters, Judith Combs and Mona Rodgers, both of Hamilton; three brothers, Robert Froman of Milltown, Clifford Froman of Eckerty and Clayton Froman of Arkansas; three sisters, Geneva Miller of Stewart, Ill., and Roberta Satterfield and Rosetta Dyer, both of Palmyra; his care giver, Patsy King; and five grandchildren.
The funeral was Sunday, Nov. 11, at Denbo Funeral Home in English with burial in Dillman Cemetery. The Rev. John Bye officiated.
Military rites were performed at the gravesite by English VFW Post 6160.
