Elizabeth Davis

Elizabeth Adams Davis, 76, Ramsey, died Saturday morning, Sept. 8, at her home.
A native of Garrard County, Ky., born Aug. 11, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Curtis Durham and Gracie D. Smith Adams.
She was a homemaker and a member of Unity Chapel United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kenneth Davis.
Survivors include three children, Wilma L. Sieg of Milltown, Terry L. Davis of New Salisbury and Marvin R. Davis of Ramsey; a brother, Donald Adams of Tacoma, Wash.; three sisters, Gracie Harris of New Salisbury, Margaret Vance of Marengo and May Poole of Palmyra; eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Monday, Sept. 10, at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey with burial in Woods Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. D. Scott Johnson officiated. Bernadette Irish provided the music.
Pallbearers were Jerry Adams, Marvin Kost, Jessie Goldman, Harry Manus, and Larry and Harold Harris.
