Clarence Zollman, 94, Lanesville, died Wednesday, Aug. 22, at 2:10 p.m. at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
A native of Harrison County, born May 13, 1907, he was the son of the late Henry and Margaret Richert Zollman.
He was a retired barber and farmer, and a member of Old Capitol Coon Hunter’s Club and St. John’s Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a son, C. Alan Zollman of Lanesville; two daughters, Gloria Wood and Karen Wiseman, both of Lanesville; a sister, Hazel Baumgart of Lanesville; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Saturday, Aug. 25, at St. John’s Lutheran Church with burial in the church cemetery. Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon handled the arrangements.
Pallbearers were Kenny Schweitzer, Gerald and Bob Willis, Mike Hausz and Bill Baumgart.
Honorary pallbearers were Edgar Baumgart, Clarence Hausz, Cecil Upchurch, Curtis Wathen, Kenny Schoen, James Pennell and Marvin Zabel.
The family suggests memorial gifts to his church’s building and faith fund.
