Earl (Pete) Andrews, 83, Leavenworth, died Tuesday, July 10, at 4 p.m. at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
A native of Princeton, born June 18, 1918, he was the son of the late James and Millie Andrews.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Crawford Consolidated United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Willie, Arch, Paul and Harry Andrews, a sister, Berniece Atchley, and a great-granddaughter.
Survivors include his wife, the former Pearl Jones; three sons, Tony, Michael and Bruce Andrews, all of Leavenworth; two sisters, Estella Hammond of Leavenworth and Esther Phegley of Gaston; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Friday, July 13, at Dillman Green Funeral Home in Ramsey with burial in Fredonia Cemetery. Brother Steve Lock officiated.
Pallbearers were Tyman Andrews, John Allen, Robert Lanham, Roy Green Jr., Aaron Neese and Chris Thornburg.
