Dewey Kintner, 48, formerly of Corydon, died Saturday, June 30, in Taswell at the home of his daughter, Lori Mason.
A native of Corydon, born May 22, 1953, he was the son of the late Samuel Dewey Sr. and Ama Adamson Kintner.
He was a former employee of Sander’s Sawmill and Daramic Inc., both in Corydon.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Billy Jo Kintner.
Survivors besides his daughter include two sons, Randy Machado of Bunker Hill and Jamie Dale Kintner of Corydon; another daughter, Jennifer Kintner of Corydon, and three grandchildren.
The funeral was Tuesday, July 3, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon with burial in Memorial Cemetery in Laconia. The Rev. John Bye officiated.
Pallbearers were Bob, David and Wayne McAdams, Melvin Bye, Orval Kintner, David Steiner, and Boyd and Charlie Atwood. Honorary pallbearers were George Kintner, Carl McAdams and Donnie Noble.
