Probable Cause

I'm all about protecting our children and supporting our local police, so don't take this as I'm supporting any attack on either of these parties. I do support our constitutional rights and differ on the opinion that citizens don't need to know how to breach doors and such. The reason we have the right to bear arms is in order for every American to defend this country.

With that much said, the investigation into this should have stopped when the prosecutor looked at the post and determined that no threat was made. I understand if a cop made a "friendly" visit to ask for more information. But according to my non existant law degree, there was no probable cause, so no search of his house should have been conducted. Unless of course he was foolish enough to waive his own rights...
