Since route 4 would be limited access the argument in favor of economic development are substantially weakened. If anything the connector road may actually hurt business in Georgetown by reducing the number of cars which drive through.

The county would be wise to wait and press again for route 3; since as has already been stated once the road is in place we are stuck with it.
