NOTICE OF INTENT
The Harrison County Regional Sewer District is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lanesville I-64 Interchange Sanitary Sewer Project.  The Project is located in Lanesville Indiana and involves the installation of a sanitary lift station, gravity sewers and a forcemain sewer.
