Golfweek Magazine announced Horseshoe Southern Indiana's Chariot Run golf course has ranked 16th for "Best Casino Courses" for 2014. This is the second year Chariot Run has ranked in the publication's list.
"We're honored by Golfweek Magazine to be recognized for our great course, including its scenery and level of challenge for players," Jeffrey Krohn, director of golf operations, said. "We're looking forward to this season and what it will offer our guests and players."
Chariot Run also ranked third in the state of Indiana for the "Best Courses You Can Play" category by Golfweek Magazine in 2013. Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary also ranked the golf course ninth in the state of Indiana.
Chariot Run at Horseshoe Southern Indiana is an equestrian-themed golf course with 18 holes and more than 7,200 yards of golf. This course features bent grass greens, lakes, fairways and trees. Both the serious player and the novice will appreciate Chariot Run's beauty and challenges. In addition, guests can enjoy the state-of-the-art clubhouse complete with a pro shop and dining room.
