Corydon Central's boys' tennis doubles team of Nick Keith and Jeremy Buess came through the Floyd Central Individual Sectional as the top pair.
Facing South Central's Jack Turner and Henry Hentrup, the No. 1 Panthers doubles team rolled to a 6-1, 6-1 victory.
With the victory, Keith and Buess advance to Saturday's Bedford North Lawrence Individual Regional to play again. Holding a record of 9-3, the duo receives a bye to the regional championship due to no advancing doubles team from the Jasper Sectional.
Keith/Buess will face the winner between Greensburg's Kyle Colson and Tom Lawrence versus North Posey's Drake Davenport and Griffin Mutz. Entering the event, Colson/Lawrence carry an 18-5 record while Davenport/Mutz haven't been beaten in 24 matches.
Also at the Floyd Central Individual Sectional, South Central's No. 1 player, Parker Gabhart, defeated Clarksville's Adam Brant 6-0, 6-2.
In Gabhart's next match, he was unable to get past Corydon Central's Quinton Coffman. Advancing with a win 6-0, 6-0 win over Gabhart, Coffman reached the sectional championship to face New Albany's Logan Charbonneau. The Bulldogs player was able to end Coffman's season with a 6-0, 6-1 triumph.
Admission to the Bedford North Lawrence Individual Regional is free with the morning session beginning at 10. The afternoon session will take place at 2.
